Outstanding Japanese Cuisine Tadashi, located in the Hill Country Galleria, features Executive Chef Sun Il’s cutlery skills slicing sushi and sashimi to perfection. We take pride in all of our fish that we fly from Tsukiji market and other countries twice a week. Here at Tadashi, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and outstanding food quality. With everything made fresh in-house, we want our customers to enjoy the taste of Japanese cuisine. At Tadashi, we add new weekly sushi specials, and we offer an amazing happy hour from 3pm until 6pm Monday through Friday that includes drinks, appetizers, rolls, sushi, and sashimi.
