Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House Employees. This role involves various responsibilities including cashiering, food running, bussing tables, and expediting orders to ensure quality service for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Cashier: Input orders accurately using our register system for customers in person, over the phone, or via online platforms including third-party delivery services. Food Runner: Deliver orders promptly from the kitchen to customers. Prepare shakes and handle cashiering for online orders. Utilize a golf cart to deliver food around the Galleria area (if applicable). Assist with miscellaneous cleaning duties and other responsibilities as needed during shifts. Busser: Maintain cleanliness of tables and ensure the restaurant remains tidy throughout the shift. Expediter (Expo): Oversee food runners, ensuring all dine-in and to-go orders meet our quality standards before leaving the kitchen. Communicate any customer needs or changes to kitchen staff promptly. Requirements: Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Availability for morning shifts during the school year preferred. Number of Openings: Currently at capacity for high school applicants or those without morning availability during the school year.
