THE LEAGUE KITCHEN & TAVERN ANNOUNCES OPENING DATE FOR 4TH LOCATION
Doors to Open March 2nd at Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave
BEE CAVE, Texas (February 9, 2021) - TC4 & Co is excited to announce their opening of The League Kitchen and Tavern at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave for Tuesday, March 2, 2021. Located at 3420 Galleria Circle, STE A-128, at the top of the Central Plaza, the Galleria’s entertainment green space, this marks the fourth location of The League in the greater Austin area.
Encompassing 5,000 square feet of space plus an expansive patio, The League at Hill Country Galleria offers a comfortable environment that is inviting yet sophisticated. The new outpost will offer the same chef-inspired, made-from-scratch menu available at the three existing locations, including “Beginnings,” like Meatloaf Bites and Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs, alongside salads. Larger offerings include burgers, assorted sandwiches, and “Main Attractions,” like the Chicken Fried Pork Chop and Steak Frites. The League will be open seven days a week and will also offer brunch, happy hour, and kids’ menu offerings.
Rounding out the dining experience, The League will also offer an extensive bar program featuring a selection of craft cocktails, including signature creations, vintage classics, and a number of variations on the Moscow Mule, alongside wines, and beer on draft, by the bottle or can.
“As soon as guests walk into The League, they are transported into a different time and place – an era where people enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant as much as the food,” said co-owner, Creed Ford IV. “It’s a place where guests can get away from their daily worries and spend a couple of hours enjoying the good life, something we could all use right now.”
The League Kitchen & Tavern is part of TC4 & Co., an Austin owned and operated restaurant group led by partners, Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV. Founded in 2011, TC4 & Co. also includes Tony C’s Coal-Fired Pizza and Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden. In December 2020, TC4 & Co. acquired Mighty Fine Burgers Fries & Shakes, adding the brand’s five locations to the group’s roster.
TC4 & Co. have been longtime members of the Bee Cave community, since the first location of Tony C’s Coal-Fired in the Hill Country Galleria opened in 2009. “We are proud to have been part of the Lake Travis area and City of Bee Cave’s growth for over a decade,” said Ciola. “This is a real full-circle moment in which the opening of our newest location is just steps from our first. We’re excited to be on the Central Plaza as a focal point of the Hill Country Galleria, and to be a part of the community for years to come.”
Ciola is a third-generation restaurateur, VPN Certified Pizzaiola, and Level 1 Sommelier. Alongside his partner, Creed Ford IV, Ciola founded TC4 & Co. Hospitality. Like Ciola, Ford was raised in a restaurant family and has an impressive history with successful restaurant concepts. Ford has years of experience, from technology and marketing to operations. He currently works with Rudy’s Country Store & Bar-B-Q, and was previously with Johnny Carino’s Country Italian.
The League will be following city, state and Texas Restaurant Association regulations regarding Covid-19. The restaurant will be open for dine-in with tables spaced six feet apart, and reservations are available via https://www.leaguekitchen.com/reservations. Walk-ins are welcome. Guests can also order takeout or delivery online via the restaurant’s website.
Hours for The League Kitchen & Tavern’s Bee Cave location will be Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m. - 9 p.m and Friday-Saturday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m beginning February 18th.
