CONTRACOMMON BRINGS NEW NAME TO FIFTH ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL Contracommon’s Common Ground Art Fest is a full day event celebrating local arts and community—featuring 35+ creative vendors, 4 live music acts, and hands-on activities for all ages. This festival directly supports the emerging artists and makers of Central Texas by connecting them with a huge community of art lovers throughout west Austin and the Hill Country. The Common Ground Art Fest, hosted by Contracommon, will take place on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, from 12pm – 6pm at the Hill Country Galleria Central Plaza (located at 12700 Hill Country Blvd Bee Cave, TX 78738). Contracommon is a nonprofit that provides affordable studios to emerging artists. We foster a sense of community in an inclusive way to go against the common. Located in Bee Cave, Texas at the Hill Country Galleria, Contracommon has a dedicated 1,200 sq/foot gallery space, 12 artist studios, communal workspace, office, onsite laundry, and kitchen. We believe in providing artists the opportunity to present their work to the world without the obstacles of a traditional studio/gallery arrangement.
